RALPH TIMMERMAN
Senior Consultant
Mr. Timmerman has an extensive background in the contracting and materiel management field gained from diversified experience in the departments of National Defence, Health, Public Works and Government Services and Indian Affairs. He is recognized as an authority on the application of Government Contract Regulations, national and international trade agreements, comprehensive land claims and the federal Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business to the contracting process and for the development of processes to address these policies.
While the majority of his career was focused primarily on medical materiel management and contracting, in recent years he has concentrated on areas of policy review, implementation, consultation, development and process change and renewal with particular emphasis on aboriginal aspects. At the same time, using his excellent writing and communication skills, he developed a passion for education, training and business skills development.
