Specializing in Information Technology, Strategic Development and Planning, and Information Management/Knowledge Management, Dr. Singh brings with him over 15 years of management and technical experience in management consulting and product/service development in the Private and the Public sectors. His professional career has also focused in the areas of Performance Measurement, Management Research and Change Management. Dr. Singh is a Sessional Professor at the Sprott School of Business, Carleton University, where he teaches courses in Information Systems (IS). He has also taught IS courses at the Queen’s School of Business.
