Senior Consultant
Mr. Moses' career illustrates measured responsibility and progressive experience in all aspects of financial management in a public administration. His 29 years of employment in three provincial ministries cover a wide range of supervisory, managerial and executive positions, in multiple geographical locations ranging from rural to urban settings, under six different premiers representing three political parties.
Since joining the provincial government in 1968, he has been exposed to a variety of financial administrations that exercised differing applications of technology. Notwithstanding, Mr. Moses has consistently championed the use of technology first to enhance the magnitude of services and then as a means to improve productivity, effectiveness, and value for money. His leadership in standardizing accounting and financial management software between ministries has already paid significant dividends.
Over the past three decades, Mr. Moses has managed complex mandates in various financial fields. (Accounting production, auditing, budgeting, financial planning, project management, and systems development). He is expert in centralized and decentralized financial operations and successfully managed high profile organizations during periods of economic expansion, contraction, and economic stagnation. Mr. Moses is noted for his ability to raise morale and productivity even in the most trying of circumstances. His innovative and fresh approach to resolving chronic problems has been recognized by the increasing levels of responsibility and accountability awarded to him.
His interests and contributions lie in the areas of public administration, financial planning, project management, organizational & systems development and the mentoring of young executives in the Public Service.
