ANDRE LAMONTAGNE
Senior Consultant
Mr. Lamontagne has over thirty years of successively responsible experience in the management of projects in the public and private sectors. Mr. Lamontagne's primary area of experience is in the management and delivery of training and related management consultancy services to public sector clients. He spent eight years in a management and professional capacity at Training and Development Canada, the federal government's prime agency for the delivery of public sector training and professional/management development. In his capacities, he managed the development of several skills training courses in the areas of informatics, statistics, financial management, and project management.
Mr. Lamontagne also supports public and private sector clients in the analysis of training needs, the development of specialized training courses and programmes, the management of service delivery and client liaison, quality management, operational planning, human resources management, financial management, and public relations. He also manages the development of systems particularly the analysis of executive needs for decision-making and budgetary control information. He has well-developed communications skills - both orally and in written form, and is able to interact equally effectively with senior executives, professional and technical staff.
