Mr. Hobart provides a wide range of management, strategic planning and related consulting services to clients in the public and private sectors in Canada. Mr. Hobart's professional career spans a quarter of a century in providing quality management consulting services to federal government departments.

Mr. Hobart has exhibited superior management and leadership skills, is an effective communicator and relates equally well to both staff and executive managers. The focus of Mr. Hobart's experience is assisting client executives in managing policy and public sector structural change through strategic planning, organization renewal, and alternative policy development and public consultation. Mr. Hobart has successfully delivered projects throughout Canada. As project executive he has led one of the largest public consultation initiatives of the federal government and has successfully created public-private sector partnering arrangements.

Mr. Hobart is an adept facilitator and has successfully led the formation of working groups composed of individuals with diverse backgrounds and interests in the examination of services and the development of shared objectives.
