Mr. Collins provides extensive and comprehensive experience in senior management consulting services based on a diverse private sector background. With over twenty-five years of progressively more challenging experience, he provides well-developed skills in leadership and human factors performance. His professional career has extended through a broad range of subject areas and has provided exposure to a wide variety of management challenges.
His strength is in building new teams of employees and revitalizing and directing established teams, building alignment and support for new initiatives and training and developing individuals and teams in the context of fulfilling strategic commitments.
He has strong oral and written communication skills and uses these to advantage in mentoring and coaching others and creating future scenarios to establish common ground goals for large, diverse stakeholder groups. He has undertaken specialized training and is well-experienced facilitating groups in participatory management processes.
