ALLAN A. BROWN
Senior Consultant
Mr. Brown has more than thirty years of successful involvement in management of economic development projects, community infrastructure, and environmental assessment in the public and private sectors.
Mr. Brown's primary area of experience is in developing and maintaining effective multi-cultural partnerships among First Nations peoples, government agencies and the private business sector. His responsibilities frequently included significant components of negotiation, developmental training, and mentoring. Prior to his involvement in First Nations economic and social development, he built upon five years of community and small business development consulting in Tanzania, East Africa, under contract with the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA). Mr. Brown also has extensive experience in providing support to clients in the development of specialized financial management and operational services including program evaluation and compliance.
